About The Solo Seat

The Solo Seat is where I keep my thoughts, stories, and little observations from everyday life.

I created this space as a place to write — to document the moments I want to remember, the things I’m learning, the questions I’m sitting with, and the experiences that quietly shape me along the way.

Some entries may be about a book that stayed with me, a habit I’m trying to build, a place I visited, a thought I couldn’t stop thinking about, or simply a small moment that made an ordinary day feel a little different.

I’ve always enjoyed the process of putting feelings into words — making sense of memories, noticing the details, and preserving the seasons of life that might otherwise pass by unnoticed.

This space isn’t here to offer perfect advice or tell anyone how to live. It’s simply a collection of my entries — a record of where I am, what I’m discovering, and the things I want to remember.

If you happen to find something here that feels familiar, I hope it brings you a moment of connection.

Thank you for taking the time to read along.
